Catastrophe Bonds

To date, we have originated and structured 21 private catastrophe bond transactions. These transactions total to over $1BN of risk. Notably, we recently completed Market Re 2016-5, a weather indexed bond ($30.75M) covering warm weathers across Europe. This was the first deal of its kind in nearly 20 years. Investors are keen to see additional related risks enter the marketplace. Additionally, we just completed Skyline Re 2017-1,a $180M, multi-class, multi-section bond covering aggregate risks.
